Scheduled Home Fibre Maintenance

Our billing system is now with Real-Time charging

We have upgraded our billing system to give you control over how much you spend with real-time charging and now that your credit limit takes into account your monthly fee, billed amount and current usage.

Fraud Call


Please be wary of calls or missed calls you may receive from unfamiliar foreign numbers. Do not respond to these calls and always remain on high alert against call scams that may try to get you to reveal your personal data. These calls usually come from foreign numbers that may be unfamiliar to you. We would advise you to ignore any calls from unknown foreign numbers and please DO NOT return any missed calls as you will be charged and liable for the call charges.
